Matchbox Manager -- Overview

This software package enables you to organize your
Matchbox series collection. Specifically designed for
Matchbox collectors. Entering, Editing, Viewing, Sorting,
Searching and Printing reports of your collection is quick
and easy. Optionally, you can include a digital
photograph of the vehicle.

Matchbox Manager -- Data Entry Simplified

Matchbox Manager has 'helper' icons that, when you
are adding or editing data, allow you to easily select
from a predefined list of appropriate selections for
that data input field. You can edit the helper menus
to add new items, delete unused items, or to change
the order in which they appear--Look under Help,
Edit Helper Menus. You can, of course, always enter
what info you want for any particular entry.
Example: clicking on the box helper icon pops up a
list a Matchbox box types.

Matchbox Manager -- Reports

There are 4 reports available. Each report can be
viewed on your monitor, printed out, or exported as
either a text file or an HTML file. The reports include
data for ALL, HAVE, WANT, or SELL from your inventory
database as defined by the status data field.

Matchbox Manager -- Sorting

By Clicking on the Header of any of the
roughly 20 header fields, you can sort either
ascending or descending the information.
